To be eligible to become a member of the Nassau Lake Park Improvement Association you must:

Be an adult of good character, who resides or owns property within one (1) mile of the high water mark of Nassau Lake.

Members are entitled to install a dock, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, or designated official.

A member in good standing shall be entitled to fishing, swimming, boating and picnicking privileges of Association property.

All members must adhere to our By-Laws.

Adults, 18 years and older who live outside the (1) one mile radius of Nassau Lake are eligible apply for a Temporary Summer or Temporary Winter Access Permit.

All pass holders must abide by the special Rules & Regulations as well as the NLPIA By-Laws.  This access is given on a temporary revocable basis.

All NYS Regulations and Laws pertaining to fishing and boating apply, Statewide Angling Regulations can be found on the NYSDEC website.
